Start your day with one or two glasses of Luke warm water; you can also add few drops of lemon to it.
Drink plenty of liquids including 8-10 glasses of water (Luke warm or room temperature), buttermilk, fresh fruit juices, tender coconut water etc.
Avoid caffeinated, alcohol, preserved and canned beverages.
Avoid excess amount of milk, tea, coffee, meat, cheese, butter, sago, refined flour food items e.g. noodles, pastas etc.
Avoid all kind of deep frying food items.
Include high fiber items e.g. wholegrain pulses, flax seeds, peas, kidney beans, multigrain flour (breads), brown rice etc.
Include fruits like peaches, plums, papaya, grapes, pears, apple, guava, avocados, dates and other high fiber fruits in your diet.
Include carrots, beans, leafy vegetables, gourds, okra, eggplant, pumpkin, radish and other high fiber vegetables and avoid starchy items like potatoes, sweet potatoes etc.
Figs, prune and its juice works as natural laxative so include it in your diet.
Psyllium husk and alfalfa also work as natural laxative.
Never lie down right after eating meals do some light walk.
Do regular exercise, yoga or any other workout that suits you best.
