Put these fruits at the core of your diet like Apple, Raspberries, Cranberries, Blueberries, Red Grapefruit.
Eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach, Beef and green beans to your diet.
Take healthy monounsaturated fat content like Avocados.
Eat more seafood including fish.
Flavorful, Low-calorie Drinks, Coffee, black or with added low-fat milk, cold tea with lemon or a cinnamon.
High-fiber and protein content: Nuts, Walnuts, Seeds, Oatmeal.
Fill up on these Proteins such as Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, Peanut butter and lean meats.
