Eating food may sound very easy in itself but it's the simple mistake we make that make a big difference in our daily eating schedule.
It is important to know that when it comes to eating, the timing of meals play a key role in your workout stamina.
How often do you setback your breakfast or skip your meal after a heavy workout?
How often do you eat right before bedtime? Do you have long gaps between meals? These can be a tricky question to answer. Here’s what nutrition expert say about the best times to eat.
BREAKFAST
– Never skip breakfast.
– Ideal time of having breakfast is between 7am-9am.
– Don't have it later than 10am.

– There should be a gap of at least 3 to 4 hours between breakfast and lunch.
